The room at Flos Luxury Rooms was clean and modern, with a cute balcony. It had great amenities, including toiletries by Rituals and free coffee and water. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and the view of the harbor was beautiful. The host was also very communicative and helpful, even suggesting a cooking class for us. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Split.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The room was gorgeous, had plenty of space, and a surprisingly good view from the balcony. The location was perfect - a short walk to the main area but still quiet at night.
There was a slight issue with the fridge, but it was resolved quickly. The rooms were on the third floor with no elevator, so it could be a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Staying in this lovely hotel was the best decision for our family with two small kids. Its convenient location near the city centre made it easy for us to explore the surrounding attractions such as museums and parks. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The fridge and coffee maker provided in the room were a plus, and we enjoyed sipping our coffee while admiring the fantastic view of the surrounding city.
The absence of a lift made it slightly challenging to carry our luggage up to our room.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the bathroom was spacious. It was great to have a fridge/freezer for drinks and snacks, and a coffee maker and kettle was provided too. the hotel is in a central location, with most attractions within 20 minutes walking distance. the Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
There is no elevator in the hotel which made it difficult to carry up luggage up the three flights of stairs. the lack of assistance with luggage was also disappointing, and made it impossible for elderly or physically disabled guests to stay at this hotel.

I had an amazing Xmas stay in a modern and clean room that had comfortable, high-end beds and a beautiful bathroom with great shower/water pressure. The location was perfect, with a great restaurant just across the road, a supermarket around the corner, and a short walk to the main attractions.
There were a few downsides to my stay. there was no lift for either people or luggage, which may have been difficult for some guests.

Great location, helpful staff, fantastic room facilities. We were within walking distance of most sights and attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to help us with our lost luggage. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities.
The lack of a lift was a downside, especially for those with mobility issues or large luggage. It was quite a workout to climb the three flights of stairs.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the warm and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. the decorations and festive ambiance really put me in the holiday spirit. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests.
Worst aspects of my xmas stay were the lack of elevator in the hotel. This was especially inconvenient considering that I had heavy luggage that I had to carry up several flights of stairs.
